The program has an interface for choosing which tags you want to include/exclude. The triangle or "Play" button will use HTML from your clipboard, strip the tags and paste the results back to the clipboard. This is all that the second program (htmlStripperQuick.exe) does, but is more useful because it can be placed in your quicklauch toolbar for easy use. You can still use the main program to edit which tags you want it to strip out.

Requirements:

Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 installed

Package Contents

htmlStripper.exe - Executable program with GUI interface. The download comes complete with an example you can use to get started. The library can also be used in other types of .NET projects, not just web apps. Read the readme file for more details.

Will work with ASP.NET 2.0 or greater and IIS5 or greater.

View Example Website (this is the example that comes with the download, minus my developer key of course.)

2/5/2009 12:00:00 AM http://www.rushfrisby.com/apps/pageglimpse-api-dotnet.aspx SQL Express Automated Backups - Version 1 http://www.rushfrisby.com/apps/sql-express-automated-backup.aspx

The problem with SQL Server 2005 Express and 2008 Express is that they do not come with a tool for scheduling database backups.

Use these scripts to backup all of your SQL Server databases to a single directory. It will create one .bak file for every database. The file name will have the date appended to it. Backups older than 14 days will be deleted. Read the readme file inside the download for info on configuring the scripts. You can run the batch file manually or create a scheduled task to have it automatically make backups daily/weekly/whenever.

Works in SQL 2005 & 2008 Express and also in the full versions. I haven't been able to confirm that it works in any version of SQL Server before 2005, if you find that it does let me know and I will update this page.
6/24/2009 12:00:00 AM http://www.rushfrisby.com/apps/sql-express-automated-backup.aspx Windows Wallpaper Rotator - Version 1.0 http://www.rushfrisby.com/apps/Windows-Wallpaper-Rotator.aspx
Specify a Windows directory full of JPG files that you want to rotate as your desktop wallpaper.
